I've had one of these for about a year now and it hasn't let me down yet. Even though it's rattled around in rucksacks and been subjected to sand, snow, rain, dust and rock shows.
RAW has really changed the way I work. It took me a while to switch from film to digital, mainly because the in-camera processing applied to JPEG generally produces something rather flat and kills a lot of the highlights and shaddows. RAW, if done correctly, has as much depth as film.
